The Minnesota chapter of NAMIC is pleased to present a lunch and learn event focused on digital media, featuring St. Paul Pioneer Press columnist and author Julio Ojeda-Zapata.
Julio Ojeda-Zapata will discuss the various ways that companies and consumers utilize digital media. He’ll provide insight on ways that new social media tools like Twitter and Facebook are revolutionizing the way that businesses and consumers interact – from resolving customer issues to finding employment. He’ll also give attendees a preview of what’s next in the world of digital media. You won’t want to miss this event!  Julio Ojeda-Zapata has been on the front lines of the Internet and computer revolutions as a syndicated newspaper columnist, editor and award-winning writer for more than a decade. He is author of the hot-selling book “Twitter Means Business,” which documents how the Twitter social-networking service has become a vital tool for companies. Ojeda-Zapata covers consumer technology for the St. Paul Pioneer Press, where he writes a weekly Tech Test Drive column and maintains his Your Tech Weblog. He lives in St. Paul with his wife and son.
